I had buried suture and full canthoplasty about 2 years ago. The inner corner surgery didn’t open enough and left a pretty bad scar, so I even had revision surgery, but there was still scarring, wrinkles, and it didn’t open enough. The buried suture line was uneven, and one side kept loosening over time, so I had revision surgery at another place. I also got a side effect from the outer corner surgery where one side feels like it catches. Back then, when I said the buried suture ended up creating double lines and was loosening, they said it was swelling even though there was no swelling, and in the end it did fade. They also said the catching feeling would go away too, but it’s still the same, and I remember them gaslighting me by saying my eyes were naturally uneven.
