I don't know if the doctor is blunt or not. The consultation also seemed to be about a surgical method that minimizes side effects, so I'll keep it in mind and compare it in future consultations. But even though I wanted to get the surgery, I came out unable to decide because the hand touching only my nose smelled of cigarettes. For the first time, I realized that the doctor's appearance and cleanliness subtly affect my decision about surgery.
