At the beginning of the consultation, I met with the manager, and I did not really get the feeling that she was very kind. It felt a bit like she was only talking about what she wanted to say.. But when I consulted with the doctor, he explained things in great detail and answered everything I asked. I asked so many questions that it must have been annoying, but I was grateful that he kindly explained each one.
