The first time I went, I was in high school. They didn't take before-and-after photos and didn't give me bruise cream. There wasn't much explanation either. I had to get Botox again, so when I went back six months later as an adult, they explained everything carefully, gave me bruise cream, and took before-and-after photos. The effect is amazing. But at other hospitals they give anesthetic cream or spray, while here they just poke white marks with a pen and do the procedure right away. It hurts like crazy.
