First of all, the director speaks in a very friendly, kind of-not-kind of way. Honestly, the price is expensive compared to other places, but if it's too cheap, that can be a problem too, so I just trusted them and went ahead. And I liked that there was no over-treatment. Whenever I say I want to do this and that and ask about it, they say I don't need to do it and shouldn't do it, so they don't push unnecessary treatment. What was disappointing, though, is that the aftercare feels a bit lacking…
