The director was kind and checked carefully, and I liked that he clearly said whether surgery was necessary or not. Since I had met the consultation manager first, I naturally thought I’d need surgery in several places, but for some areas he said it wasn’t severe and advised against surgery. But the consultation coordinator made me wait longer than my scheduled consultation time and kept recommending surgery no matter what. The area I originally wanted to consult about was only one, but they kept saying this also needs it, that also needs it, that kind of thing
