Seems like the doctor only does surgeries he can actually do. After hearing what I wanted, I liked that he honestly said he wasn't confident, and the consultation was mostly me talking while the doctor listened and comforted me. The manager consultation was the same. I liked that he didn't pretend to be confident without reason.
