I had nose surgery 4-5 years ago. I had nasal filler at the time, so they dissolved the filler and did alar reduction, tip surgery with ear cartilage, and a silicone bridge. My nose skin is thick and the cartilage was spread out, so they needed to gather the cartilage and thin the nasal skin, but the doctor only gathered the cartilage, so the alar reduction was hardly corrected. Right after the surgery, the tip of my nose looked a little droopy, and the bridge was excessively high compared to my face. The doctor and the consultation manager were very kind and seemed trustworthy, so I had the surgery, but I ended up with a shape I didn't want, and the bridge was too high, so on days when I didn't feel well, the bridge would swell and hurt, and I lived on anti-inflammatory medicine until I got my nose revised elsewhere.
