Manager -> director -> manager in that order. The manager told me in advance that the director is the type who speaks honestly. The consultation was very comfortable because it felt like talking to an older sister I'm close with. The facility looked a little old. The director squeezed and pinched my face a lot while touching it, then after a lot of agonizing gave me various alternatives. At first they told me zygoma reduction + liposuction, but then suggested improving it with liposuction, fat grafting, and a small amount of filler. The important thing isn't where to shave more, but having a balanced face, and while showing me before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine, they kept asking if I understood. It really seems true that they are conservative about the cheekbones. The facial proportions, balance, and line that the director thinks are beautiful are clearly fixed!!!!! They kept explaining the balanced facial line while showing before-and-after cases. If you want dramatically reduced cheekbones, this probably isn't the place. If you want a slight, safe improvement in your facial line, it seems good. But since liposuction, fat grafting, and contouring are priced like a single contouring procedure, I'm worried about spending the money and getting only a small effect. Oh, and the director doesn't like filler or implants in the face. I only had a tiny bit of lip filler added for a natural look at a place that's good at that, but he said even that little volume was ugly and to dissolve it... On other patients' before-and-after photos too, he said that once the thing in the chin tip was removed, wasn't it much better?
