I only had a phone consultation, but they were extremely kind! I was saving up money, so I just asked whether I could get a quote for later, and they still answered kindly, which was nice~! However, after I called, I later heard that the manager or someone had been changed, and I had originally been told the event price was still the same, but after the change I heard the price had changed.
