From the moment I inquired on KakaoTalk, their exceptionally kind response raised my impression of the hospital, and when I actually went for the consultation, the staff were also extremely kind! There was a little extra charge beyond what I expected, but it still wasn’t far off, so I don’t think they were overtreating.
