They were more kind when I went before, and the doctor came in randomly, but it was fine. It felt like they were a bit better with needle-related lasers and procedures. But the part that felt off was that the skill level of the skin care staff was random.. Some people explained everything carefully while doing it, but others just had a rough, perfunctory vibe..
