I've tried various spot-laser treatments for my freckles, but nothing has worked as well as PicoSure.. Even with just one PicoSure session, they became much lighter than before! I heard that if you do it many times, side effects can cause hidden melasma to surface, and I actually saw that happen to an acquaintance after 3 sessions, so I'm satisfied with just 2 sessions!
