I liked the procedure itself. The nurse and the doctor who performed it were so kind, which was good, but the attitude of the nursing assistants(staff) sitting outside was very unfriendly. If they are like that to all customers, it would be fine, but the fact that they were like that only to one person was uncomfortable and not pleasant. I was very satisfied with the procedure itself.
