The doctor seemed extremely thorough, true to the clinic’s name, and seemed to catch what the patient wanted very well. There was no overtreatment; only what was necessary was explained. But the manager was just tapping away at the calculator very quickly and didn’t explain things properly, which was a bit disappointing.
