It was a private clinic with just one director. The front desk staff and the consultation coordinator were both kind. There was no push to pay a reservation deposit, and I liked that the director's style was to be honest and not pushy: when I said which procedures I wanted, they told me which ones were necessary and which ones I didn't need to do right now. But... it went a bit over the budget I had in mind... ㅜㅜ (even after they gave the maximum discount....) so it's a place I'm still thinking about.
