The doctor was insanely busy, and squeezed in a consultation for about 30 minutes in between procedure times. He did ask what I was curious about, but even when I showed sample photos, it didn't seem like he was planning to match them ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ He explained as kindly as possible the purpose and goal of his procedure, and used before-and-after photos of patients with similar features from my face to explain. After the consultation, my conclusion was that even if I have a clear idea of what I want, because my bone structure and skin quality are different from the person in the photo, it's more like narrowing down what the patient wants within the doctor's surgical method rather than creating the exact same shape (for example, if I bring photos because I like a flashy nose, he would make the line and height as natural as possible while still making it as glamorous as possible for that patient). Because noses are raised differently for each person, the nostril position and shape are different too, so when raising the nose, the tip also has to be adjusted, and since everything depends on the person, it seemed like he wouldn't give a definite yes that it would be possible exactly like the photo I brought. He was very proud about side effects and safe surgery, and said he had been trying to avoid nose surgery, but after getting hit by the YouTube algorithm he ended up seeing too much and now only does noses these days. He said he only does nose surgery in two time slots, exactly 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
