The doctor is kind and The rate of hair reduction is slow, but I've been going regularly and it's going well. They give me a cold towel before the hair removal, and the treatment finishes quickly without much pain, which is nice. If it hurts, they do apply numbing cream, but I've never needed it once. It's tolerable. They put ointment on at the end.
