I totally agree that this place feels factory-like. I went there wanting a proper consultation with a doctor about what procedure would be best, but there was no real consultation with the doctor at all. As soon as I arrived, they asked what I wanted done and told me to go straight into the treatment room. (If you want a consultation, you have to ask the front desk staff, but that doesn't inspire trust,,) They said they'd send in whichever doctor could finish the procedure the fastest, and if I waited, a doctor would come within 5 minutes. I got square-jaw and salivary-gland Botox, and the actual procedure took less than a minute. After it was done, I asked the doctor again what else would be good, but he answered in a very rushed, hurried way and left. I don't know about the other doctors, but the doctor who treated me was kind! But I've had square-jaw and salivary-gland Botox at other places too, and I think the effect here was better. There is definitely a factory-like feeling since the doctor doesn't do the consultation, but I'm satisfied with the result, so I'm planning to go again.
