The doctor gave me really good consultation. He tried to adjust as much as possible and to help me understand. Maybe because it's a place that specializes only in noses, I trust it more, but I don't know what the controversy is, and since it keeps coming back up I can't feel fully certain. The consultation manager was honest and didn't pressure me into surgery, saying that if something looked like it didn't need to be done, it would be better not to do it. But the front desk staff were unfriendly.
