Even though it was a procedure, I liked that I could consult directly with the doctor and decide things myself instead of with a counseling manager. They carefully checked what I didn't like about the area treated at another hospital before, redesigned it, and the result was satisfying. The doctor seems to take a lot of pride in his skill. But because there is only one doctor, he performs procedures while alternating with other patients, and that's a downside.
