I was moved by how kind the staff were from the phone reservation all the way to the finishing pack. The one thing I wished for was to get recommendations for what I really needed before the procedure, but the consultation manager felt a bit lacking in expertise. They did recommend something a little more expensive, but I paid based on my own judgment, and even then they didn’t look down on me or suddenly change their attitude. I liked that they saw me off kindly too. The director was cheerful as well and chatted with me here and there, so it was a good treatment experience, and now I just hope it works. Rejuran here really doesn’t hurt... numbing cream, vibration device, cooling anesthesia...
