I went for a consultation for scar treatment and decided to proceed with Pico Fraxel. After several treatments, the doctor looked at it and said the next session would be scar subcision. So the next session was deducted as scar subcision instead. I’m still not sure whether continuing the remaining Pico Fraxel sessions will help once I watch the progress. I went because they said they were a specialist in pores and scars, but it’s a little disappointing that they only take action after about half the sessions are already used up. If I had personally insisted on Pico Fraxel, I could understand it not working, but they decided on the treatment themselves after examining me, and then it ended up ineffective, so deducting the treatment sessions as-is feels a bit like a waste of money. The front desk staff when I first went were kind, but the desk staff lately are worse than before. Their tone when speaking and even their hand gestures while guiding you just feel lifeless. When I went on a Saturday, there were a lot of people, so I had to wait over 30 minutes past my reservation time, but they didn’t inform me in advance at check-in. Only when I asked did they check, and when I left, there wasn’t even an apology. The skincare staff also kept changing their minds, telling me to leave my stuff and then to take it with me. When I was trying to leave after the procedure, they blocked the path to move equipment from the entrance and just kept doing their own thing no matter whether people were standing there or not.
