I visited because I wanted to try Hydrafacial. The consultation manager was appropriately kind. But I absolutely do not want to go back. While getting the procedure, I also wanted to get an IV infusion (whitening injection) at the same time, and since the procedure was only about 30 minutes, they said that if I also got vitamin B with the whitening injection, the timing would line up perfectly and the price difference would be small, so I readily agreed. But the nurse who was supposed to start the IV didn’t come until almost the very end of the procedure. I even mentioned it once more in the middle. In the end, the IV only started near the end. I wanted the procedure and the IV to be done at the same time because I had another schedule after the dermatology visit, so I was a little upset. I got it done somehow, and after the IV finished, I pressed the bell, but nobody came. I pressed it again 5 minutes later, still nobody came, and 3 minutes after that still nobody came, and nobody came even until the blood started backing up, so I had to press the bell twice in a row before someone came. I was so angry, but I held it in and came out of the treatment room, and the staff were gathered together gossiping...? I’m stunned even thinking about it again.. I was going to write it on my computer, but it said GPS permission was needed, so I’m putting up with the hassle and writing this on mobile.
