The manager was kind and gave a good consultation, and I spent more time consulting with the manager than with the director. The timing didn't work well with the director, so the consultation with the director only lasted about 5 minutes. What I was disappointed about was that when I was getting my line drawn during the consultation with the director, they didn't give me a mirror, so I couldn't tell whether the line suited me. But the other nurses were kind too, so it was fine.
