I went there by chance several years ago. I had a lot of complex skin concerns, so rather than starting with a procedure right away, I wanted to discuss my skin issues and get an overall consultation about what treatments the doctor thought were necessary, so I first got an explanation of my overall concerns and the treatment approach. The director took enough time to explain everything and let me know the method, which gave me a great deal of trust. The way the consultant and the staff responded was neither extremely friendly nor brusque; it felt moderately friendly, and because the director was so professional, listened well, and handled the consultation well, I considered it a place I could trust with peace of mind.
