I bought a 5-session laser hair removal package, and even though I applied numbing cream for 30 minutes, it hurt a lot. Because it was a device without a cooling system, it hurt even more. Still, as time passed after the hair removal, I saw the hair getting thinner and falling out, so I'm pretty satisfied. I'll come back and get it done again next time.
