I got 100 units on each side for a total of 200 units of calf Botox. Overall the muscle reduced, but the compensatory muscles around the ankles got thicker It would have been better if they had told me about this in advance and said to come back a month later to inject the compensatory muscles. Overall I'm satisfied.
