Procedures that require manual skill are not recommended. Ulthera had decent results and was worth getting. Nose filler was really bad... There was transparency and they didn't seem able to mold it properly. Even after paying a lot for imported filler and getting a touch-up, I was so unhappy with the shape that I just had it dissolved after a month.
