It's been about 5 years since I had breast fat grafting. There wasn't really any aftercare, and it ended after the stitches were removed. I had a second procedure, and in total I think I went up by about half a cup. I was disappointed that the fat survival rate wasn't very high. I haven't had any side effects such as calcification so far. They rotated branches, so the doctor for the first and second procedures was different.
