The director was sweet. The staff were all super kind... I had the consultation with the manager, and they were extremely kind The outside was a bit rough, but the interior facilities were okay. But there was literally no effect.... The price is very cheap though.. Still, there was way too little. This third time here feels like the first place I went to once... Then the price is about the same too...
