I wanted to get the design set with the director and then start the Botox procedure, but maybe because it was a simple treatment, I ended up talking with the manager instead. It was my first time getting glabellar Botox, so I asked about a bunch of things, and they answered kindly. The Botox procedure itself went about as normal as at any other clinic.
