I had five sessions of laser hair removal on my legs and the progress has been very good. I went there on a friend's recommendation after trying one session somewhere else and it hurt too much, and I was satisfied! Since it was a procedure, I didn't feel the front-desk staff or the doctor were super friendly. I don't know about surgery, but I would recommend them for light procedures.
