My eyelids aren't particularly thick, but because the line was likely to loosen easily, they recommended partial incision. I hadn't even thought about epicanthoplasty, but they recommended it, and my feelings cooled a bit (because another hospital had already said my eyes were already opened enough and doing more would be bad). First of all, the price was way too high, and although the doctor was kind, I didn't get that feeling of "this is the place!" so I probably won't do it here.
