I went for a consultation about revision nose surgery. Compared to the waiting time (even though I went right on time, I had to wait over an hour), the consultation itself was really short. They just showed me a few surgery photos, and as soon as I got there they decided on the materials and surgery method, and then it was questions like that. The doctor was overflowing with confidence, telling me not to worry because it would go well and to just have the surgery, and the consultation coordinator kept praising their doctor's skills and even dissed a few other hospitals, asking why I would go somewhere else. The coordinator's consultation was good, but the doctor's consultation was too short and not very impressive, so I didn't really feel much.
