I went for a consultation in the summer, and from asking, “It’s hot, would you like some water?” to the chart-writing guidance and then all the way to going home after the consultation, there was nothing inconvenient in the flow and everything connected smoothly? The consultation with the director and manager was also very detailed. I came back having heard a lot about my nose.
