I booked the consultation date and time by phone, and they told me in advance that there was a 10,000 won consultation fee, then made the reservation, so I thought that was fine. If I already booked once, that should be enough. Sigh... One call the morning before the consultation date, and one on the day itself. I was asleep from the crack of dawn because I work shifts, so I didn't answer the 02 number calls since 9-10 a.m. was basically crack of dawn for me, and it seems that was the clinic's number. My consultation was scheduled for 2 p.m., so I woke up around noon to get ready and saw a text message ㅡㅡ They said they called to confirm the reservation but canceled it because I didn't answer ㅡㅡ Then why not leave the reservation in a text? I don't know how many no-shows they get, but people who work or sleep at times when it's hard to answer calls have their own circumstances, and it's not even an 010 number that can receive a reply or message. What am I supposed to do if they only call from a 02 number and send a text saying it's canceled? I was so dumbfounded that I just assumed it had been canceled, but this was the first time something like this happened before even getting to the consultation, and I was really upset.
