The doctor looked tired and the consultation ended quickly, with him speaking in a very confident, almost line-drawing way, clearly saying what could and couldn't be done. I was so down after the consultation with the director that I think I talked with the consultation manager for over 30 minutes. She was incredibly kind and comforted me a lot, and I was so grateful.
