The director seemed reasonably professional. He answered the questions I asked well, and when he showed before-and-after photos, there were many tempting ones. The manager was a bit disappointing. It wasn't especially sincere counseling, and the cost was fairly high. There wasn't really a feeling that they were paying special attention.
