First of all, the consultation manager didn’t pressure me to make a reservation and really felt like they were sincerely listening and giving advice for my surgery, so I felt at ease. However, the doctor’s consultation, even though it wasn’t a busy time, just quickly fit my nose into a few prearranged surgical methods and explained things without really listening to my needs, so I got worried they would just make my nose into the hospital’s usual style and I lost my enthusiasm right away.
