I had a consultation for eyes + nose, and the consultation flow was first a brief consultation with the manager (just a somewhat administrative kind of consultation), then the doctor consultation, then another consultation with the manager. The total consultation time was about 70 minutes? I thinkㅋㅋㅋㅋ It was a useful time.. The doctor kindly explained everything I asked, and also told me that if there are side effects, they can happen, and that inflammation can occur. And he explained things well so the surgery would proceed in the way that gives the best chance of success. I also liked that he clearly said some things were unnecessary and said certain other things were necessary. The manager also kindly explained everything and helped me understand easily by showing terms and photos of people with similar types to me. It was good~~~ There was no pressure to get procedures or surgery, no pressure to reserve, and the hospital facility was very clean. They also didn’t overbook, so I could proceed right at the scheduled time, which I’m satisfied with.
