I went for a removal consultation. They gave realistic and professional advice. The consultation wasn't very long, but I clearly understood how they would proceed. I could also tell that safety was their top priority. I had the surgery elsewhere, but if you want complete removal and to return to your natural nose, I recommend Siu.
