The consultation manager was also very kind, and the director wasn't especially friendly, but he seemed confident and like he'd do a clean job. The photos were generally okay too. However, for revision surgery, if there's no septum, they said it's definitely costal cartilage, so I'm worried. They said reused tissue would absolutely not be used.
