The doctor seemed busy and authoritarian. He also seemed to really want to criticize the place where I had my previous surgery. (Well, there was something to criticize... but I don’t get why he would express that to the patient. The patient also came here because that other place ruined them.) The manager also looked at my question and said it seemed like the patient hadn’t studied surgery, which was frustrating. I just hadn’t asked before.
