I made an appointment and visited for a nose revision consultation, and I think I waited about 10 to 15 minutes past my appointment time before getting the consultation. It seemed like the hospital already had a very fixed surgical style they were pursuing. When I first consulted with the manager, she said the parts I wanted would probably be things the doctor would say no to, and when I spoke with the doctor too, he indeed said it was impossible. For the nose revision, he said the pinched-looking nose was already at an acceptable level, and that it probably couldn’t be improved any further. When I said my concern was that the nose lacked dimension from the front and looked spread out in photos, he told me that improving that would require silicone or something similar in the bridge of the nose (not something that can be improved by osteotomy alone). If the goal is only small improvements (as natural as possible), then this wouldn’t be a fit.. If you want a flashy style, it might be okay. I liked that they clearly said what could be done and what couldn’t be done.
