Siwoo is famous for revision rhinoplasty, so I had high expectations when I went for a consultation on Tuesday. The interior of the clinic is clean. While waiting, they took nose photos, then I talked with the consultation director, and then I met the doctor and had my consultation. Since he's famous for noses, the doctor seemed to have a lot of pride. He said that if I let him do it, I wouldn't ever need revision surgery again.. Compared to that, my consultation wasn't that great. The explanation of how my current problems would be improved was lacking, and it just felt like, 'Trust me and leave it to me.' They said costal cartilage would have to be used, and the difference between donated rib and autologous rib was just the cost, with no mention of absorption or side effects. I thought the cost was high, but the director said that was because they were that confident. The consultation director explained things more carefully and clearly than the doctor.
