The doctor was not the super-friendly type, but he understood exactly what problem I wanted to improve and gave me a clear answer about whether it could be improved, so I felt trust in him. He also explained things while showing me photos, so it was nice because I could roughly imagine what my nose would look like after surgery. The consultation director was also kind without being pushy.
