The manager was very kind, and the facilities were clean, so I felt trust. Also, both the manager and the director seemed very confident about noses! They reassured me that cases this difficult were common for them, and said that for my case it would be easy, and since I had never met anyone who confidently said they could do it with no implant, I trusted them even more.
