I went for a consultation, but they spoke to me in a very dismissive tone and used informal speech with me. It was a one-doctor clinic too, and I went with expectations, but I was so, so hurt when I came back.. They even told me outright that my face looked strange. The manager was kind.. I think the consultation was about a year ago.
