I went after looking up reviews, and the director definitely felt professional, almost like I was getting an ENT consultation. Instead of feeling like “you should have surgery here,” it felt more like they were honestly saying, “you should do it here for this reason, and you should think about that other place.” The manager also felt professional, unlike managers at other hospitals, and made me feel comfortable. After the consultation, I thought this was the best place, but the price is so high that I’m still thinking about it.
